All inclusive honeymoons wage a romantic intimate setting for a lifetime of honeymoon memories and the choices for a tropical honeymoon are endless and couples often turn to the convenient and economical option of an all-inclusive resort.

As an example let’s look at Sandals resorts, which is couples only. They have kept things easy at all their resort locations for the honeymooning couple by including everything in one price. With luxurious ocean view rooms and suites, a selection of gourmet restaurants (offering plateau service and not just buffets), unlimited premium brand beverages, a wide selection of land and water sports, including golf and scuba diving, and roundtrip airfield transfers and tipping, Sandals represents the eventual luxury all-inclusive honeymoon experience. The pass can be as private as you wish or packed with activities, and since a significant portion of the clientele are couples on their honeymoon, rest assured that the resorts comprehend your desire for privacy.

It is important to be aware that the “all” part of the all-inclusive can vary widely from one resort to another, as can the quality. There is usually consistency within resort chains concerning what’s included so be sure to thoroughly research apiece resort you are interested in to be sure they offer what you are looking for.

Quality resorts will offer a variety of sit down gourmet restaurants offering wide menu selections and even formal white glove service. Some resorts feature smaller restaurants with varied hours for your convenience. Room service is often an option at upscale all-inclusive resorts, just as it would be in any luxury hotel. All beverages are free of charge at most all-inclusive resorts. The more luxurious resorts even include unlimited premium brand liquors. Bars of various sizes are positioned throughout the resorts, some staying open all night. There is usually one such bar per resort and diversion goes on all night.

More and more couples are choosing an inclusive honeymoon pass because regular expenses like food, beverage and entertainment are included in the pass package price. If you want assist and affordability then planning an all inclusive honeymoon might be just the ticket for you.

All Inclusive Caribbean Vacation Guide

The islands of the Caribbean are renowned for many things including the number of all inclusive pass packages you can find there. These islands are the capital of the world for all inclusive Caribbean vacations, so much so that they outsell any other type of pass available. Some attribute the popularity of the Caribbean islands to the predominance of this type of vacation; even though there is no proof that there has ever been any need for this.

The most plausible explanation is the fact that for many people who want to travel to these islands, all inclusive Caribbean vacations packages are very good value for money; which makes them particularly captivating for families on a budget. Each particular type of pass caters to a different need since some people might have needs in a specific area that other travelers might not have. For people that already have family on the islands, their stipulations are minimal; they usually only need to pay for flights, but not accommodation or activities.

Although, the average visitor will find the all inclusive Caribbean pass the least inexpensive. Many tour operators offering this artefact will have options of cheaper transportation and accommodation than would otherwise be accessible to the independent traveler. Of course travelers who like to hold everything them self, would not think about such an option even if the pass were to die for. Even after many years of all inclusive vacations, many travelers are still unsure exactly what is included in a pass like this.

No matter what type of pass you are arranging, one thing remains constant and that is the room will be included in the package. All meals and any additional snacks for example will be included in the cost but that is not necessarily the case with other types of package available; some deals only include a breakfast apiece day. Surprisingly, there are still a number of people that believe that a full board pass is the same as an all inclusive one.

Simply put, a full board hotel arrangement means that you will be supplied with three meals apiece day whilst an all inclusive Caribbean pass resort will supply all food at any time (including snacks) and the same for drink as well; alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It is not uncommon to find that special arrangements have been made with other hotels and restaurants; however, the visitor will still need to pay for those activities at some point, even though it might not be at the full price. Most all inclusive Caribbean vacations will however, normally include all these as part of the package; in fact you will be hard pushed to find events and situations where you will need money, which means you are healthy to enjoy more without the worry of additional cost.

Divi Aruba All Inclusive Resort in Oranjestad, Aruba

19 January 2012 by
Categories: Vacations

We (I and my wife) had a great trip to this piece of Holland in the Caribbean. The Divi Aruba All Inclusive resort was wonderful. It has a massive uncrowded beach, lots of sun, friendly staff, good food, and nice people. Facility is a tiny older but we liked it. Weather was great.

Food was good. We enjoyed the Blue Parrot Restaurant the most (inside and outside). It’s only open for dinner and you must make reservations but this was never a problem as long as we were flexible about the time. We tried the Italian restaurant (inside only), also only open for dinner. Did not think the food was as good as the Blue Parrot. The buffet restaurant was always good with a good selection. It’s outside near the beach. A wonderful view but you have to enjoy intake with a few bugs and birds. Sometimes getting drinks at the buffet restaurant was a tiny trouble. We liked the casual dining. Shorts, shirts, and shoes were all that were required but you could dress up if you liked.

Night life is slow at the Divi Aruba All Inclusive, just the way we like it. If you are looking for an energetic celebration atmosphere, this is not the place for you. There is some traffic noise from the nearby road but it did not bother us.

Rooms did not have screens on the doors so you had to keep the doors shut and the air conditioner running. They told us to keep the burglar bar down on the door but we always felt safe. The air conditioners in both of our rooms were a tiny noisier than we would have liked. Swam and snorkeled on the beach at the resort. Tipping was not expected but appreciated.

You can use dollars easily in Aruba. No need to worry about getting local currency. We drank the local water the entire trip and had no problems. It’s simple to get around by bus or taxi. Cost of taxi from airfield was one-way. Cost of taxi to downtown was one way. You pay by the taxi not by the person. It cost per person, round trip, to take a bus downtown that ran each twenty minutes from a bus stop in front of the resort.

To sum up: a great resort and a great trip. We are looking forward to come back next year.

An Affordable Family Vacation To An Antigua All Inclusive Resort

11 January 2012 by
Categories: Vacations

Looking for an inexpensive family vacation, and you want it to be at an Antigua All Inclusive resort, then look no further than the Grand Pineapple Beach

An inexpensive family pass is something we all want, and in the tough economic times we all face, how good is it that we can still travel to the Caribbean, to the island of Antigua to find an Antigua holiday at the All Inclusive Resort called Grand Pineapple Beach.

The very inexpensive Grand Pineapple Beach is situated in a 25 acre site, on a lovely and secluded stretch of beach on Antigua’s easterly coast in the town of St John’s. The powder white sand beach curves in a perfect arc around LongB, and the sea seems to be a permanent shade of turquoise blue.

Although graded at three stars this favourite Antigua All Inclusive Resort offers a very decent Antigua Holiday at a price that is affordable. There are 180 guest rooms which are in eleven pastel painted very West Indian styled wooden buildings with re corrugated steel roofs. These buildings have either one, two, or three storey buildings surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens.

In terms of food and drink the Grand Pineapple Beach features dining at the open air Topaz Restaurant, , with BBQ’s and West Indian Buffets. Chef Pietro which is a beachfront restaurant serves Italian Food, and the Pineapple Grill in the middle of the tropical gardens serves Caribbean food. There are six poolside and beach bars serve nearly each drink you can think of, and lots more besides, with the added thrill of live entertainment.

This is not to forget the Grand Pineapple Beach’s saint kept secret which is Miss Mary and the Outhouse, set high above Long Bay. It’s a great place for a cold beer, and Miss Mary will make you a snack, ribs and chicken are huge favourites, so just relax, play board games, and enjoy the view from on of most glorious spots in any Antigua All Inclusive resort

To keep you occupied during daylight hours, there is an air conditioned fitness centre, and Limbo contests and Bingo games are held regular either on the beach or at the adjacent outdoor pool, and then of course the all inclusive pass means, windsurfers, Sunfish, Hobie Cats, kayaks, and snorkeling equipment on and in the water, and four tennis courts on dry land are all acquirable and of course free!!

Most visitors really enjoy the Grand Pineapple Beach, especially as an inexpensive family vacation, but a few of the comments would indicate that the rooms are perhaps showing their age. On the other hand they are cleaned to a high standard each day, and as the whole theme is one of West Indian style, then perhaps the decor fits the theme.
Although the inexpensive family pass bit is true, there isn’t a whole lot for tiny kids to do, so you need to bear this in mind if you have an under five.

Another slight challenge to bear in mind is that if you are a social animal, and want to get out to shops and bars then Grand Pineapple Beach is on the wrong side of the island, being on the easterly coast. This means taxis to get to the busier west coast. If however you love beaches, want to stay in the one place, then the Grand Pineapple Beach will give you the saint inexpensive family pass in a good Antigua all inclusive resort.

A Caribbean All Inclusive Resort On Antigua

23 December 2011 by

Looking for an exclusive Caribbean Resort, and you want as short a flight as possible, and a swift transfer, then look no farther than the All Inclusive, and very exclusive Hermitage Bay which might well be considered a top Antigua Luxury Resort, and is situated on the west coast.

Hermitage Bay is unquestionably a resort with a difference, with a rare combination of English style and tropical beauty. It consists of only 25 very secluded colonial cottage suites divided between Hillside where they have private plunge pools, and eight Beach Cottages in two rows with the front row having panoramic views of the beach. If this is important, you need to specify when booking your Hermitage Bay vacation. The whole place is set in over 10 acres of tropical gardens above an exquisite white sand beach and turquoise sea.

The Hillside Cottages are larger and have complete privacy, perfect for an Antigua Honeymoon, but all the cottages at this Caribbean exclusive resort on Antigua are air conditioned with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod docking device, wireless broadband internet, as well as the usual bits and pieces you anticipate to find in a luxury resort.

Each cottage also has a massive verandah with double day beds and plantation day chairs.

A few things to note about the Hermitage Bay exclusive all inclusive resort, some of which are a huge plus, and others simply to be aware of.

The views are incredible, and the staff are fantastic, as you would anticipate from a luxury five star resort.

The intent of the Room Ambassador is terrific, you will meet him first when you are shown your room, and he will be responsible for your well being and comfort.

The Hillside cottages are private but the access from them to the restaurant excludes high heeled shoes, and possibly even smart clothes, so you will find the standard of dress in the evenings poor by exclusive resort standards, with gentlemen in shorts and ladies in flip flops. If you like dressing up you might not like this, and it certainly makes the achievement up at night hard work, even though there are buggies which tend to be a bit noisy.

Some guests complain of being ingested alive by mosquitoes and sandflies , but a bit of spray and covering up in the evenings dramatically reduces this inconvenience. It is the tropics after all!! You should however be aware that there can be jellyfish infestation at certain times of the year in the small but very captivating bay

Meals are of a very high standard, and the calibre of service from all the staff is nearly faultless, even though service is at Caribbean pace – a tiny slow, but then you shouldn’t need to be in a hurry. The food is very fresh, and the fresh fish of the day spectacular. Most tastes are well catered for in a restaurant with a great atmosphere.

The watersports staff are very helpful, but you need to query whether or not water skiing is included in the all inclusive rate.

There is no queuing for sunbeds, drinks, or meals, the staff awareness is terrific, including the way your room mini bar will be kept topped up with the kind of drinks you enjoy.

The Hermitage Bay will leave you feeling this has been a luxury, very exclusive hotel and you will go home possibly fatter, but certainly feeling very relaxed and happy. Their claim to be one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive resorts is not without foundation, and it certainly ranks at the top insofar as an Antigua all inclusive resort is concerned, and the Hillside Cottages are the perfect Antigua honeymoon solution.

A Decent All Inclusive Resort in Varadero Cuba

17 November 2011 by

This top class four star all inclusive resort in Varadero Cuba is well worth investigation before you book your pass this year

There are differing views about the massive all inclusive resorts that seem to pepper the Cuba landscape. There seems tiny doubt however that the Blau Varadero Hotel has evenhandedly unanimous approval not only from the travel industry but also the travelling population of the UK and Europe.

What is it that makes an all inclusive resort like Blau Varadero Hotel so popular, getting a massive measure of support from guests, so much so it has been voted the second most favourite hotel in Cuba.

It is a massive resort with over 390 rooms and suites, and is rated as a four star in quality, and there seems to be a wide disparity in how guests enjoyed their stay at the Blau Varadero Hotel.

Some folks were very critical about all aspects of the resort, and others had nothing but praise, so it is difficult to make an neutral judgement. Possibly the first and very important point to remember is that Cuba is a third world country with a very run down economy, so you can't anticipate standards you will find elsewhere in the Caribbean. Having stated that, there are plenty of people disappointed on islands like Barbados and Antigua because they anticipate the same standards as you will find in London, Paris, or New York. Experienced and worldly travellers know that things are different in the Caribbean, and they are in fact very very different in Cuba.

There is also the group of people who delight in complaining, and like to see themselves in print, and equally those who are blind to obvious faults, so you need to take a position on what you read, look at the price you are going to pay, and make a realistic assessment of how it is likely to be.

The one consistent feature of all the hotels you read about in Cuba is how wonderful the staff are, and the Blau Varadero Hotel is no exception at all to this. The staff work incredibly hard, and try to please, and to ensure the guests have a good time. The rooms and maid service are exceptionally good, even though the rooms themselves are quite plain, but you really only use them for sleeping. There a loads of towels and the white bed linen is always spotless.

Guests in Cuba Resorts tend to complain about the food. The buffets as is so often the case in hotels all over the world are OK. In impartiality there is somehow a need to take far more than you would do at home, and if you were to compare the choice with what you have at home, there is a lot to select from. If you take breakfast as an example, most people have toast cereal and coffee, whereas at the Blau Varadero Hotel there are three different egg choices, bacon, pancakes, French toast, and cereals. This is a pretty good selection, and you could draw the same comparisons at lunch and dinner.

You also have an a la carte dining option, once a week at the Palma Real, and the Grill restaurant where you will get really good service, superior calibre wines, and the food is very well presented and good by Cuba resort standards.

The Blau Varadero Hotel is a relatively new addition to the all inclusive holidays to Cuba list. If you go prepared mentally that what is four star plus in Cuba isn’t like home, you will have a great time

Cocos Hotel is a lovely Antigua all inclusive resort, very small and intimate with only 26 individual suites. It came about because a Caribbean Hotelier kept hearing guests complain that there wasn’t a genuine old fashioned Caribbean style hotel to be found anywhere anymore, so he created one in Cocos Hotel.

This is a lovely beach front location with the hotel situated on a small hill between two beautiful half mile long white sand beaches. The suites sit on the hill cooled by the sea breezes and overlook the sea, the restaurant, and the pool.

The suites come as either Standard Cottages close to the beach, Better Cottages which are further up the hill with superior views, and Premium Cottages which are at the top of the hill wit the ideal sea views of all. They all have king size beds, outside showers, massive balconies with uninterrupted views, and all have hammocks to give the eventual in relaxation. There is no airconditioning because the sea breezes and the ceiling fans are more than enough.

All inclusive resort food can be less than outstanding, but this isn’t the case at Cocos Hotel, where the European trained Chef produces contemporary international food with a strong Antigua Caribbean influence. You can anticipate to take a lot of freshly caught fish, but great steaks for the carnivores as well, and Pasta for everyone.

Being a beach front pass resort Cocos Hotel has the great luck to be on the Leeward side of the island so guest can swim in the warm sheltered turquoise pristine Caribbean Sea. One beach has a full range of water sports, the other is completely unspoilt for your pleasure. For the more active Cocos Hotel is close to Jolly Harbour where you can play tennis, squash, or golf. If you want to try restaurants or go shopping, then this is the nearest place.

Finally, what exactly does an all inclusive resort like Cocos Hotel mean? Well it comprises breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, soft drinks, water goes without saying. Then you will have poured home wine with your meals, and all the watersports you can think of.

Perhaps it is ideal to finish this article on this lovely Antigua all inclusive resort by quoting a few of the guest’s comments, which vary from “Terrific Honeymoon Choice”, to “The most perfect Relaxed Holiday”, ” Terrific Service and Very Good Food”, and finally “Fantastic Setting”. The satisfaction level at Cocos Hotel appears to be very high, so if you haven’t tried an all inclusive resort, then Cocos Hotel could be a good place to start.

What are All Inclusive Beach Vacations?

1 November 2011 by
Categories: Vacations

With the cost of everything from gas to food rising it only makes sense that going on pass is starting to get prohibitively pricey for many people and their families.  Fortunately for those who are considering a tropical destination there is one way you can save money and refrain all the hassles that comes with planning such a trip. Many resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean offer what are known as all inclusive beach vacations where all you pass needs are included for one price.

There are literally hundreds of resorts to select from in these two regions and the vast majority offer all inclusive deals among fierce competition for tourist dollars. In fact many of these resorts specialize in specific types of pass experiences which makes it easier to match your vacations wants and needs to a specific location. With everything from romantic couple’s only resorts to family friendly resorts to select from you can find yourself enjoying the tropical climate and beautiful sandy beaches at a reasonable price.

Here’s the really nice part of an all inclusive beach vacation. Once you pay everything you need for your pass is included in the price of admission. This means your travel arrangements and resort hotel accommodations are taken care of. All your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, and beach side activities are also included in the overall price.

The family friendly resorts will also include in your price entertainment and activities for your kids. These activities and programs are usually age specific which means that your kids will be making new friends that are in their age group. You can also find babysitting and daycare services for infants and toddlers, freeing up the parents to enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

Because there are so many all inclusive resorts to select from it is important to do a tiny background research to be sure to select one that fits your needs. A couple looking for romance and intimate surroundings does not want to find themselves at a resort that is geared towards families with children. This is simple to do with a tiny research into what type of guests the resorts you are interested in cater to.

While one set price might seem like a lot when planning all inclusive beach vacations you need to remember that if you were to plan and pay for everything separately it would cost much more. Plane tickets, hotel accommodations, meals, activities, and tours can all add up. By packaging all these items into one price you can save a lot of money and assist the stress of planning your vacation.
